The bedrooms are built to a very high standard, and they have not been graded yet.

They are easily 3-4star, but we only charge prices you find in 1 or two star places.

                 We say: Make it affordable, make it a home away from home!!

 They are all decorated and furnished to a high standard, and are being kept VERY clean.

We clean the floors daily with http://www.ospreydc.com/index.php?id=9&L=0, which kills ALL germs,

not just the 99% that it says on most bottles. NO CHEMICALS NECESSARY! 

At the moment we charge £40 for single accomodation, and £65 for a double/twin room(2 persons sharing), Breakfast included.

The four Twin rooms are all the same, The single room is slightly smaller, and we have one room with a "Triple sleeper", a double bed, with a single bed above it. All the rooms have a good sized bathroom with a shower, and all of the rooms have a TV and a complimentary tray with hot drinks.
